1. Who we are
CTRL Integrations Pty Ltd ("CTRL", "we", "us") imports and supplies Homburg agricultural draincleaners Australia-wide, and provides contract drain-cleaning services in Western Australia. We are based in Busselton, WA. This policy explains how we handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
2. What we collect
Depending on how you deal with us, we may collect:
- Contact details — your name, business or legal name, email, mobile and phone number.
- Business details — entity type (company, trust, partnership, sole trader) and ABN.
- Property and delivery details — your farm or property address, for quoting, delivery and on-site service.
- Enquiry details — the machine or service you're interested in, your timeframe, how you'd like us to contact you, and anything you tell us about your drainage.
- Sale and service records — quotes, invoices, payments, machine serial numbers, warranty and service history.
- Messages — anything you send us by email, phone, SMS, or through our Facebook Page, Instagram or Messenger.
We don't ask for sensitive information (such as health, religion or political views). Please don't include it in messages to us.
3. How we collect it
- Our website enquiry forms on ctrlintegrations.com.au.
- Facebook and Instagram — including lead forms on our ads, where you choose to send us your details, and messages to our Page. Meta may pre-fill the form with details from your profile; you can change them before sending.
- Directly from you — by phone, email, SMS or in person.
- From your business — if someone in your business contacts us on your behalf.
4. Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and work out whether a machine purchase or our contract cleaning service suits you.
- To prepare quotes, process orders and payments, and issue invoices.
- To arrange import, customs clearance and delivery to your property.
- To provide warranty support, servicing and parts.
- To send you updates about your order (for example, when your machine ships or arrives).
- To let you know about Homburg products or our services that may be relevant to you — only where you've asked us to contact you or would reasonably expect it. Every marketing email or SMS will include a way to opt out.
- To meet our legal obligations, including tax, consumer law and record-keeping.
If you don't give us the information we ask for, we may not be able to quote, deliver or support your machine.
5. Who we share it with
We share only what each party needs to do its job:
| Who | Why |
|---|---|
| Homburg Holland (the manufacturer, Netherlands) | Ordering, warranty claims and technical support for your machine. |
| Customs brokers, freight and delivery carriers | Importing, clearing and delivering your machine. |
| The Personal Property Securities Register (PPSR) | Where we register a security interest over a machine until it is paid for. PPSR registrations are a public register. |
| Our accountants, bookkeeping and payment providers | Invoicing, payments, tax and financial records. |
| Our insurers and professional advisers | Insurance, claims and legal advice. |
| Our technology providers — Google Workspace (email and records), Cloudflare (website hosting) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) | Running our email, records, website and social media. |
| Government agencies | When the law requires it. |
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
6. Information sent overseas
Some of the providers above store or process information outside Australia. This includes Homburg Holland in the Netherlands, and Google, Meta and Cloudflare, which may store data in the United States, Europe and other countries. We use reputable providers and take reasonable steps to make sure they protect your information.
7. Cookies and tracking
Our website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics tools. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may record technical information such as IP addresses to keep the site secure and working. If we add analytics or advertising tools later, we will update this policy first.
When you use Facebook or Instagram, Meta's own privacy policy applies to what Meta collects.
8. How we keep it safe
Your information is kept in password-protected business accounts with access limited to CTRL's directors and the people who help us run the business. We keep records for as long as we need them for the purposes above and to meet legal requirements (for example, tax records for at least five years), then delete or de-identify them.
9. Accessing and correcting your information
You can ask us to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it where we don't need to keep it. Email admin@ctrlintegrations.com.au and we'll respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first.
10. Opting out of marketing
You can stop marketing messages at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email, replying STOP to an SMS, or telling us directly. We'll still contact you about any order or service you have with us.
